Writing of the Day (WOTD)

“When we meditate, we are truly connecting to our inner-self, we are expanding the self, increasing productivity and well being, and connecting to the self and internally sharing our personal story with our self. I have always viewed the time I spend meditating as a time where I re-design myself, my life, my day, my interaction with others. It is always different – it is about clearing the mind, turning the self inside out, and making the mind and the body super charged, and knowing that I am connecting to my soul and my mind, and also using all my thoughts, and past experiences, my intellect and my spiritual connections to focus on clearing the mind, and learning to engage with the conscious and subconscious mind in the now. We all come back from any meditation with an improved mental, emotional, financial life and we connect to a source

of satisfaction space where there is a level of transforming life. We learn internally on how to transform our response to people to not be reactive and know that our today is transforming who we become and how today is influencing the life ahead and slowly through the process of meditation, we are able to shift our level of happiness in each and every day.”
