- That you are living and moving in material nature
- It is in the illusion of the body and the senses that you will seek and find the Divine – the Source
- The presence of the Guru ignites your healing purpose
- You are not helpless but empowered
- The healing is with you always but it is you who must activate it, channel it, and share it
Channel The Light From 5 Inspirations
- Identify what distracts you and others and channel the light there
- Look at all the behaviours that dull you and the other, channel the light to those actions
- Gather in your mind the patterns that inhibit mankind’s progress and channel the light uninhibitedly
- Concentrate your senses to the action of healing, channelling the light to them as well
- Be witness to the mind, the body, the spirit and the soul vibrating with the healing consciousness, participating with the light
