This day marks a powerful cycle of the energies of Saturn. Most of you know him as a planet, a graha. And the healer knows him as the most sacred keeper of devotion and an ardent and fierce protector of the truthful and pious.

Lord Saturn born on this day, in each cycle of creation and time from his mother Chhaya Devi and Lord Surya’s union.

Honouring the energies of Lord Saturn as he views all on Planet Earth let us approach him in His form as a teacher.

Requesting his benevolent gaze to soothe us in times of punishment and to assist us in alleviating the punishments.
