Shared here are the energy workings and significance of one of the main 28 Reiki Chakras – THE HEART. All in all, in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition there are 31 Reiki Positions, and 33 Reiki Positions under the initiation of Master Renooji.

REIKI is a Universal Life Force Energy and is a healing modality, which was rediscovered by Dr.Mikao Usui, in Japan approximately in the late-1800s.

The Heart enables us to know the Divine. It is from this chakra that we are constantly trying to remember something that we have forgotten. And that is our separation from the Divine. There is a sense of having lost something. And that something – is our connection to the unconditional loving source. Reiki is our re-connection. This fully establishes in the Heart Chakra. Remember that this chakra works very closely and intimately with the Thymus Chakra. As both guide our material and spiritual quests. As material beings not connected to healing we often feel like we are moving through life in an orphaned state. Looking for a connection, a source that is eternal. It is only from the Heart Chakra that we find the presence of the highest Divine.

So, gently place your hands at your heart chakra. Breathe in, Breathe out. You are eternal. You are loved. And you are loving. Continue with your daily-healing-practice.
