“Trying to be someone we are not generates stress and anxiety. Nursing the self towards healing and gracefully endeavouring towards finding happiness for the aware self is very important. Self awareness is a tool for finding our higher purpose, our dreams and our own individual path. We begin to become more aware of what we want, who we really and truthfully are and want to be and simultaneously adjust to what it will take to get where we want to get to. We must chose very carefully our life path, taking care of all that we need to progress towards our goals.
Understanding very carefully what we are hankering for, and does it truly make us happy. Use the healing and healed self to support the decisions, moving towards new goals, and connecting to new possibilities and perspectives and definitely using all the opportunities for progress.
Connect to the heart of healing and surrender the ego self in order to become truthfully , trustingly , more in tune with the harmonics of our world.
