“Everyone experiences thoughts, occasionally these thoughts can become so repetitive that they can start to interfere in one’s life.
Adjust your position of being seated for this meditation and let’s begin to bring ourselves to a new space of balance.
To begin this healing process, let’s visualise that you are at the top of a staircase. At the bottom of the staircase is your new evolved thinking self ; filled with calmness, peace and relaxation.
Picture yourself going down the staircase one step at a time towards the healing and healed self. Move down step by step, at your own pace becoming more and more relaxed. You are reaching the bottom of the staircase, fully healed and relaxed.
Create a picture in your mind of your uncomfortable thoughts and see yourself leaving the picture on the table in front of you and turning around you begin climbing the steps. See the picture gently becoming light.
You realise that the anxious, negative thoughts are left behind , healed and you are free. You are much stronger than your thoughts. You notice that you can resist giving into the thoughts. As you reach the top of the steps, It gets easier and easier to resist the negative thoughts.
Feel more energy moving through you and know that you are calm, relaxed and aware, in-fact more alert and intuitive.
Feeling calm and more alert and energetically satisfied, remain in the light of oneness.
