“Meditation – Three”

“Recognise the emotions that you are feeling as you are beginning to read this note.

Gently immerse yourself into the soul and spirit consciousness of your inner awareness self. Know that your emotions drive you , so be open to the process and know that you do not need to force anything.

Recognise the emotions and sometimes it is helpful to name them. Gently close your eyes as you see and connect to your heart, your emotion centre. As you open your eyes after a few deep breaths and with some evolution of your sentiments, let’s look around. Is there any particular spot where you feel the emotions . Maybe you feel them in your shoulders, your head, your lower back? Instead of trying to push them away, try to let them pass through you and let them go.

Make sure you are sensitive to where they want to go. Simply notice without judgement or attachment. Breathe deeply through your nose and exhale from your mouth. Let the emotions flow out of your mouth into the air around you.

The air “Prana “healing and dissolving the negative emotions and distributing and multiplying the positive. Now connect to the fact that your emotions are a strong ball of golden light being birthed in your heart.

It is spreading through your body and aura and healing you to the depth of your body and heart.

Stay in this golden light.

Healing hugs of deep insight. Love from the emotion of transformation.”
