“As we take deep breaths, the energies begin to flow down from our head to our feet and simultaneously, our aura begins to grow. Feel more and more energy cascading down into you and from you flowing back into the universe.

If thoughts come up, let them pass and continue to focus on the breath,also the energies and also this healing moment in this meditation. Allow your breathing to become deeper and deeper, healing you at the cellular level and know that you are one with the universe and the cosmos. This rhythm makes your heart beat as one with all the other living beings here and there . Feel oneness as well as the life force expanding to be shared with one and all. Visualise a beautiful light, something that you have never seen before ; and know that something very deep in you is being healed in this moment.

The flowing light is spreading to heal all the cosmic frontiers to enable you to access the highest good for yourself and your family. Know that something unknown to you is being healed in this moment for you.

Stirring a memory or a need of yours from many lifetimes ago. You are surrendered and willing to participate in this process of healing here and there.
