We must ask ourselves, ‘How did I contribute to my world?’ Reflect deeply on what comes up in your consciousness. Know that the most spiritually important part of this conversation is how truthful you are to yourself.

There is a fundamental goodness that is there in each one of us.

The whole of our life is a process of teaching us on how to uncover the strong goodness and healing towards realising and recognising and then living life with this goodness and compassion.
