Whenever we are contemplating and reflecting and meditating on the golden light flowing through our heart chakra, we are happy and well.

Then sometimes a few doubt energies begin to flow in to contaminate our thoughts and our desires. The first step of trouble is when we begin to undermine our consciousness and our spiritual strength. This realm of doubt is real and creates a reality of fear and helplessness. This doubt begins to massacre our spiritual contentment and happiness.

The reality of our consciousness becoming contaminated becomes more common. For healing to happen we have to be meditative, calm, creating auspicious conditions. Before we have mastery over our mind, we need to first calm the environment.

We have to glimpse stability and then resurrect it. Once we have found the healing connection, we are connecting to stability, where noise and disturbances have less impact and we skill fully reach the perfection of a pure state of spiritual consciousness .
