We are able to comprehend the truth about what we do here and what lies behind and beyond death. and we recognise it more when we teach it to others. There is only one truth about this world, we call our world that everything is in constant change. Only healing the self will bring us to that zone of recognising that we are always accepting of that change and it makes us happy.

We have to open our heart to the truth of the healing light, we have to reflect on kindness and heartfelt compassion for all beings and then take the next step.
