The suffering immense. We must lead everyone to understand the idea of healing the body, mind and spirit. Healing from the core of the heart, to express strongly the love and compassion that heals instantly.

Healing brings up all those things that we have been neglecting about ourselves. Especially our spiritual needs. When we step forward, accepting the new ideas, and we begin to ideate about our future self, we are fully prepared and committed to unravel the deepest core of our mind and heart and heal together not only our mind but our whole being.

Self reflection slowly brings us back to our wisdom self, fully prepared for life situations that come up unexpectedly. We can see that sometimes we are repeatedly falling into the same patterns again and again.

We begin to long to get out of them but unless we are healing systematically is only then that we can break from the old patterns and emerge and change. Contemplations about how much you can change is that which keeps us moving ahead with conviction and trust.
