My Meditation !

“Without the benefit of the oral instructions, this meditation will remain incomplete.

Affirm-“I am listening to the instructions with a minimum state of distraction. I am completely connecting to the natural radiance of my heart energies and healing on!”Repeat 7 times.

1) The nature of my mind is completely free of darkness and obstructions.

2) The nature of my heart is overflowing with happiness ,joy and healing grace.

3) The nature of my spirit is always connecting me to the great opportunity for liberation through this human birth.

4) The nature of my soul is to give up the act of judging and compassionately present the healed self in all the universes.

5) The nature of my aura is to delve deep into the light and act fully in  healing and converting all my desires, anger and ignorance into acts of healing consciousness.

6) The nature of my chakras is to facilitate the distribution of the light with all the information .

7) The nature of my senses is to bring in the information to highlight my thoughts and emotions and understanding life, construct my next appropriate action which is creating my karma.
