Fit for the Divine….
The fasting self is always harmonising with the body and the mind. The self is showing the strength of the personal spirit in which the soul appears as the most favourite friend. It is here, where the turning around of the seat of consciousness begins ….. a personal revelation of who we are in the now!

“Gradually and with the practice of healing we become aware of ourselves and the calmness of our mind leading us to purity and truthfulness.

( Sattva) This new awareness becomes vivid and brilliant and we begin to see the golden light and the hand of the divine light everywhere.

Our seat of awareness and consciousness begins to change. At the Earth level Root chakra  consciousness we are fully energised by the red light of enthusiasm and higher purpose of truth. At the  Water level Hara Chakra consciousness we are sensual in our approach to the other in an intimate way , engaging with purity of purpose and thought, where the orange light is nourishing.

The real world contact begins with the Fire level  element and the yellow light at the Solar Plexus Chakra where we connect to the present moment of truth , especially about the intention of the other. It is here that the competitive nature of a human generates to burn the self in this fire of telling lies.

Then we rise to the Air element level of the Heart Chakra consciousness where truth is the ultimate frontier that we have to cross. As we take the leap into the Space element and the Throat Chakra consciousness, we are engaging in the purity of truthful speech and accurate action in the blue light, leaving us looking and searching for spiritual truths.

As we ascend into the purple light of the Third Eye Chakra consciousness, the real level of awareness of the spiritual sound of creation “OM” resonates to lead us to purification and the levelling of wisdom and enlightenment at the Crown Chakra consciousness where truth becomes the thread and the link to the soul self resonating with the diamond light of pure truth. Remain, receive and heal.
