The fasting self is always harmonising with the body and the mind. The self is showing the strength of the personal spirit in which the soul appears as the most favourite friend. It is here, where the turning around of the seat of consciousness begins ….. a personal revelation of who we are in the now!

At the same time we must heal to realise that we are generous beings who have a purpose to fulfill in this life and that our existence will never come to be wasted. We must accept our negative aspects and through healing transform them to live and enlighten.

With kindness and with great humour we must invite ourselves to feel the self esteem, the dignity, the strong humility and the greatest strength in the present moment to simply inspire ourselves to joyfully trust the golden light and heal more.

Out of this confidence and trust with faith we begin afresh, transformed to move in the light, healing with confidence and naturally arising with the light of love to heal one and all.

We must heal more to pacify the rage of the human race so that the memories of anger and hurt are fully doused in the waters of patience and peace, overflowing with unconditional love.

We must let the healing light of love enter our perceptions, our ability to see the truth and activating our wisdom centres, so that healing continues.
