“We are all sometimes moving in circles, without really knowing where we have to go.

Occasionally, a limit is perceived, and many times a point of no return is reached or chosen. We must draw ourselves towards the path of wisdom and good health, emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.

We must remain in the paradise of the heart, help to liberate the self, healing all that still remains to be healed. Stay devoted to the light and have faith in your own abilities to heal daily, so that all can be healed in this life.

Continue to heal all the positive and the negative things in order to release the self from attachment and to be enabled to renunciate the pain.
