Just for today I will not fear or worry.

Just for today I will not anger.

Just for today I will do my work honestly.

Just for today I will respect my parents, my teachers, elders and myself.

Just for today I will do my healing daily, one day at a time.

Just for today I will not complain , I will not live with negative thoughts , and I will forgive. “
