Begin to chant “ I Am Fearless.” Chanting loudly ;  see yourself in a space of brilliant silence and a gentle brilliant waterfall of platinum light washing away all your fears. Cleansing and purifying your soul and mind and body, touching your spirit with the white light of cherishing beauty. The space around you expanding and the space filling up with the colour of brilliant brown, coming from the eyes of The Master. Healing your desires. Dedicate the light you have created to your heart’s desires. Know that you are healed.
