Location –  The right/ left  side of your waist; at the back.

Colour – Pale Green/Blue.

Sound – “Padah -Padma.”

Element – The gentle breeze uplifting the water Prana flowing through your relationships.

Meditation:

Gently close your eyes. Breathe in the colour. Begin to chant “ Padah-Padma.” Chanting loudly ;  see yourself in a space of brilliant rivers of the water Prana flowing through to create loving relationships. Know that all unresolved conflicts of inner turmoil in all your relationships are healing in the now. The cascading green and blue rivers of light are empowering your positive responses into the universe of your life on Planet Earth.  Bestowing on your kidneys a new awareness of self respect and a letting go of unresolved issues of conflict and hateful emotions , especially from all your relationships . The space around you expanding and the space filling up with the colour of brilliant blue and green light , coming from the Source of Divine Power . The gentle radiant rivers flowing through your life to project the light into your heart, your mind and your thoughts. Healing your relationships  , displaying  and sharing  the light of deep love that you have created for your higher purpose of a free life . Know that you are healed.
