“What happens in the astounding moments of the now often compels us to stop, to listen, to act and then heal.

It is imperative to understand that we must firstly bring the healing patterns to the forefront immediately, to heal ourselves and our bodies and the situations. The streams of our thoughts often cut right through and sometimes we act upon the matter without really thinking. In that moment a gap appears, and our actions cut right through to make new karma, and lay bare a sheer immediate awareness of the present moment and the opportunities unfolding to change the karma further.
