We begin today eleven meditations that over the days ahead will create within you a new energy of spiritual awakening, leaving you with a new vibration  of comprehension that expresses itself by allowing you to cross new frontiers of excellence and spiritual frontiers of soul consciousness..”

“Connect to a space of light guiding your spiritual consciousness above your head.

A little light of blue is twinkling like a beacon of good fortune. As the energy rises above your head into your crown chakra, this bursts forth like the branches of a tree. Feel your branches up and out towards heaven above, and feel your inner heart connect to the source and pull into yourself the energies of the spiritual essence through the leaves and branches. Stay with your breath and connect to your branches and your tree as your tree fills out. Notice your golden branches and leaves reach upwards, stretch out or move downwards towards the ground. Are your leaves small, large , round, bright or wrinkly? Just watch your tree grow as you continue to breathe gently. See your body strong , as It is the trunk of your tree , and see it slowly turning from blue to gold.

When ready start pulling the light in through your leaves and see it helping you to grow strong roots into the ground.

Affirm you are strong and firm.
