“Meditating on the light of greatest light, , begin unfolding strength , compassion and greatest healing to love the self, so that all the energies are allowing you to bring forth a reservoir of new energy; to consolidate your relationship with your self.

We receive sensations and perceptions when we open our eyes every morning after we wake up. Connect to your soul self in the heart, the witnesser , the king. In a green light know that these sensations and perceptions are all being presented as offerings to the king, who is the ruler of the palace of gold and green at the centre of your heart/ chest. The light of intelligence that is shining upon you as you read this meditation , shed by the king ; does not change. It is always the same. The true self is always the same, straight forward and perfect. Affirm that you will wake up and sleep in this consciousness of green . Spread this light of green to all you can see , feel, smell, hear and taste.

There is no blemish or flaw that cannot be healed in this moment.

Continue to bask in this green light.
