“As we embark on the voyage of light, we see glimpses of a gold and silver light in the new year…2019.”

“How can we access this beautiful beckoning light to its fullest potential. Just connect to the awareness of your breath as you read this. See your breath and your awareness harnessed at the crown chakra, (at the top of your head) where a beautiful golden lotus is bubbling with a golden light, this light cascades like nectar and covers your whole body instantly. Stay here for a few breaths in and out. Now, connect to the centre of your solar plexus chakra, ( above your navel) and see a tube of silver light flowing out.  This light beam goes to the centre of the earth , and pulls into you all the nourishment that you need for and from the year ahead, as Mother Earth nurtures you. Simultaneously, the golden light from your body is now beginning to flow through this connection into Mother Earth. Know that you are enriched by this healing light initiation. Use this moment to channel this  light to others, your home, your work place, your loved ones. Thank the light and know that you can come back to this meditation whenever you feel the need.
