“The meditation of healing is very restful, but, it is very difficult to draw the self out. The influence of maya( illusion)  is so strong, always pulling the self out.  Tapasya, purifying austerities are very strong and necessary. It is necessary to break the influence, that maya has over us. The senses and the mind going out,which prevents us from getting through our spiritual consciousness.
