The harbouring of this energy flows in through the  ears. Slowly see a point of golden light beginning to grow in your navel chakra. This continues to grow and becomes firm. Expand this light by dwelling in the navel chakra and connecting to the ear chakras. Affirm that your energies are connecting to truth and your surroundings are now gold. The silvery golden rays emanate from these chakras where you hold the legacy of your life and the golden land we live upon. As we heal, we have a great responsibility in reestablishing the light of love. Allow  the light  to move to your crown chakra  with healing strength towards your life experiences. Connect to the golden light flowing upwards into the sky. See a blazing skyline and filaments  of gold holding your heart and soul.

See yourself in the light floating and see it guiding your spiritual consciousness. The whole of you is gold. Relax.
