“Often we pepper our reactions with lectures and nagging sessions predictably screaming and doling out punishment , reacting in an equal measure of negativity through rebellion , anger, resentment and a can’t be bothered attitude. We fail to understand that each of us has negative seeds of anger, despair, hatred, fear and violence. We also have wholesome seeds of love, happiness, compassion, forgiveness seeds and devotion, where there is complete blossoming of the seeds we nurture.

Refuse to nurture negativity.

Relentlessly energies the positive.

Stay calm even with your self when you do it wrong.

There is goodness in  each one of us.  The appreciation comes with the values, qualities and strengths of healing all. Believe in your ability to heal all.

Healing hugs of alignment with the light of love. Love from the aligning energy. “
