Now close your eyes and mediate on the spiral entering your crown chakra – moving to the centre of your head and gently finding its way to your spinal column and your root chakra – finally resting in a straight line. As you connect to a starting point of this light see it firmly entrenched in your root chakra and as you move upwards along your spinal column and reach the top of your head, become aware that it forms a trishul – sending blue, green and purple rays of fluttering light away from you. This light sprinkles drops of energy into your lap, on your hands and feet – enriching and enlightening every pore and cell of your body. The cord represents your illuminated consciousness and the spikes of the triangle represent the past the present and the future. As you have just finished reading the above – three balls of green, blue and purple light are multiplying and flowing through your arteries and veins, Healing your associations in the material universe.
