The generating principle of healing is to create a positive environment for the body, the mind, the spirit and the soul. Allowing the luminous lights of healing to spread far and wide. Awakening within us the wisdom eye, where we see the rivers of light flowing into the sea of our heart. Then we share the same energy and beauty with one and all.

When we create our relationship with the universe and our own world, we are setting foot upon the tender energies of our awakened heart. We allow the healing energies to flow through our heart to transform our ideas, perceptions and emotions. We begin to experience our inner peace and joy. The healing flows like a rushing river of gold and diamond light to release pain, transforming challenges and uplifting our spirit. We then begin to step into alignment with the unconditional river of pure love and light and we are then gently guided towards inner transformation, healing the self sufficiently. We rest in the light and a creative process of forming a lasting connection between our inner self and our spiritual journey begins afresh. Stay and heal.
