Take a deep breath into your heart centre. Know that the colour  of your breath is light blue in colour. See it spreading through the blood to every pore and cell of your being. Then see it changing to a darker blue in the next breath and spreading through your consciousness, into your aura. With every next breath , deeper and deeper blue. The universe is gifting you what is the need of the hour. Trust it.
