We all know how hard it is to turn our attention inward, letting go of our old patterns and beliefs. We are often dominated by our negative thoughts about all that we have suffered or are suffering in our life. Sometimes we are unable to forgive or even forget and we accept the repeated sadness as fatalistic. We are all looking for the truth and the purpose of our human life and the multiple reasons to express ourselves to others and in the process heal deeply the wounds resting within. Allow the inner self control to take care and accept that we are all healing in togetherness. Love yourself and all the others through your healing process.
