This is a practice where you connect to the presence of a strong Divine form in your heart, which can be achieved through deep spiritual connection with your Master….. and then you simply ask for help with all your might. You need to ask, really ask and ask from the heart. Then know that the help is arriving. Just thank the help that is coming.”
