“Prayer and Paralysis.”

“The glistening light in every breath of every living being is that eternal prayer of So-Hum.

This utterly instinctive breath, delightful and yet so willingly shared with others.

I still remember the sound of the first breath that Divvya took, it was impish and yet so proudly spiritual, saying I have arrived to share willingly and accept the oxygen the plants are sharing with me.

Nature outside has a profound impact on our nature within. We must cultivate sufficient prayer within our heart. It is to have a sublime relationship from within ourself and know that then every prayer is a breath and yet every breath is a prayer of gratitude offered to the Divine in service to all of nature.

Free from the false ego self, in humility, free of the paralysis of ignorance, we willingly give up the blatant disrespect towards the self and others.

Our healed and healing self moves to accepting ourself completely centred in our spiritual consciousness of the infinite sea of breaths that supports our life.

Remember to keep your bodies living and moving with the breath.
