“A good enemy:

We know that there is no need for anyone on Earth to die or live in bitterness and resentment, hate or greed. Suffering on Earth can be dreadful and meaningless unless we face the truth, see the neglect and change the behaviour. We must evolve to recognise the self, live in the heart of kindness and compassion , healing one and all. Pouring out the healing energies to the whole world, so that everyone lives a life of great joy and trust. Knowing that the world responds to them as a friend. So bountiful and complete is our compassion that we can release all the enemies within and become the friend .

Chanting “OM ADITYA HRIDAYAM , PUNYAHAM , SARVA SHATRU VINASHANUM.” X 27 times daily can transform all energies into friendliness, for one and all.
