We are always allowing ourselves to feel everything, including the craziness, the fears, the worries, the stresses, and the angry tones. Everything is just as good and better than what we can expect from the people around us, yet we keep looking for what we don’t have. We think everything should be in order, that we should stay in the foundation of our heart space, keeping the warmth of love alive. We watch how each inhalation brings us the new life force energy and the creative thrust to do things differently. The new energy brings us to a space of softness and surrender. It is here that we are able to make a decision about our own destiny. Let us pledge to change all the lower energies into one of love that stays forever. Keeping the flame of healing alive in the heart; we all collectively strive to make this world a better place.
