The generating principle of healing is to create a positive environment for the body, the mind, the spirit and the soul. Allowing the luminous lights of healing to spread far and wide. Awakening within us the wisdom eye, where we see the rivers of light flowing into the sea of our heart. Then we share the same energy and beauty with one and all.

As we concentrate with great attention and love in life, it helps us to connect with great people, places, situations. Allowing the self to express itself on our breath, as we have to focus more on the important pure presence, which means we have a greater sense of purpose and responsibility. We must generate a new connection with the mind and the body of work. We must use the next three months to combine the healing methods, so that we can transform our body and mind with the healing methods and techniques. Life takes on a brilliant hue. The body, the speech, the mind and the actions all combine to bring us closer together with the divine spark helping us release all the negative thoughts, emotions and feelings and actions. As you heal in the light, you can feel the energy of your body and breath as they are combining together to lead us back to the light willingly. This enables us to lead ourselves towards a more steady and peaceful life. Being more present.
