Transforming your home, creating a new energy, lighting a candle on the dining table and putting some green plants in the house. When we chant and heal with emotions, inspired by the sound, and with so much opulence and wisdom in the heart, we can move ahead as we stay in this way, in the heart. We must spend time with nature and bring into our consciousness and our mind that thoughts will come and go. Healing should always be spreading and you will never be alone in this moment of time.
