There are two ways that you can inspire yourself to heal more, the first to pray to the Nav Durgas to help you to channel the light of compassion direct, and the second that from the depth  of your heart , that everything that you do , all your thoughts , deeds , words , should only benefit all souls and compassion channelled ; should bring them happiness, wellness and peace. Heal today that you become a committed and useful channeller of the light and help to transform the suffering of the self  and others. Universally channeled light is available today, so gather it in your heart and dedicate all your positive actions into this pool of goodness and enhance your spiritual quotient.

The only way you can be of complete help to others is to remain in this light of enlightenment.
