Let us connect today to our throat chakra, and the mesmerising bluish silver light. Connect to this blue collar of light around your throat, igniting truthfulness , and see small balls of light falling around you, some even entering your nostrils and going into your lungs. As you follow the breath you will see this stabilising blue molecular energy at every pore and cell of your body, inside and out. Connect to your forbearance and your fortitude being  strengthened. As we tread ahead in life today, acknowledge that you are prepared to live well. Spread now this blue ball like energy to your future, your past, your family, your friends, your home, your work and to your universe. See the sky full of these beautiful balls floating into space.
