Meditation on the purple light and the sound of joy as a way to bring us back to ourselves , back to living with the light where we can truly taste and experience our full being free of all encumbrances . We are then free to release all our limitations, our concepts and emotions that have kept us imprisoned, and learn again to love ourselves.
