“ I establish myself in the moment, where I have breath in my body, where I have life, where I think of all the wonderful things in this life that I am grateful for. I bring my hands in a namaste position and I thank this gift called life!”

As the gurgling waterfall sings its own song of light and cascading water, the sounds touch our heart with their ripple of happiness . It is that which we feel when we look around. Celebrating the sounds and the light of the sun shining upon the water creating prisms of rainbow lights further inspires us to become more aware of our surroundings. As we take responsibility for our actions, healing all in the now, we invite the goodness to grow and spread. The breathtaking quality of our silent mind allows us to bring the breath of healing to every pore and cell of our body. Majestically and slowly healing our mind, our body, our emotions and soul wellness we move ahead. Everything can be used to inspire us to heal more.

We must remain awake and aware of how we are changing in rhythm with the heart ; our heart.
