Today let’s connect the self to that space where the heart rests. Yes it is somewhere around the centre of your chest. See exploding rays of golden sunshine, shining and spreading ; these rays of light flowing to the aura and from there going out to heal all. Recognise that in the centre of each ray there is a pinkish orange light presence. This energy of happiness , joy and prosperity is flowing from you to join up with other healed hearts. Stay connected to your life goals and see yourself growing and moving upwards. You are floating in the pinkish orange golden light, where the heart rests. See the heart bigger than your body. See the rays becoming smaller , and gently feel yourself surrounded with the divine wisdom unfolding in your spiritual consciousness. See yourself as a giant heart on Planet Earth, glowing in the golden light.
