“When we put a seed of knowledge into the fertile ground of our mind, we must remember that we have to water it daily for it to grow and blossom.

Life and healing are in the heart and mind of every living soul. We are part of the base plate of Mother Earth revealed as the universal basis of experience and knowledge. The creator of happiness and yet equally the creator of suffering and sadness. We must look at our daily practice of healing and pursue it daily in order to blossom with the new seed of loving consciousness, so that there is freedom from pain and projections of negative thinking.

We must remember that our mind often , sometimes even daily ; thinks, plots, desires, manipulates , becomes angry and then creates and indulges in waves of negative thinking.

These waves of negative thinking, emotional reactions and asserting authority on others leads us away from the healing, compassionate and loving mind. We must assert, validate and shift to form new daily healing patterns to stay in touch with our true authentic selves.

We must heal so that we are not vulnerable to creating a new pattern of stress.

Encourage the self to stay positive and heal diligently all that comes up in your day.
