We gather all our scattered aspects and put them together with the light, thoughts and emotions so that our picture of life is illuminated by the breath of our own experiences, in the healing light. When we heal, we will find that our thoughts and feelings are fully charged by the light of self love and forgiveness. Our emotions and thoughts are being washed and cleansed and filtered in the light.

Something is being peeled off and we become more free from the darkness and our emotions and thoughts are brilliantly illuminated by the light of honour and regard and respect.
