The real truth of our spiritual understanding is that we need to heal our every word, thought and action.

We also know that we are all interdependent on each other. Everything and everyone needs the love, the light and the healing . Our every thought, action and word, even the least significant one, still needs to be healed as they have an immense and real consequence on the world and the universe that we live in.

We are all interdependent on the love and compassion that we channel to the world we live in. The world is revealed to us according to what we hold within and we see what we are willing to see. For some of us the world appears brighter, fresher, more sparkling and for others there is darkness and decay. We cannot pretend or portray differently as we increasingly display what we hold within.

Mostly every living being holds an aggressive energy within which allows the individual to survive and sometimes to heal but many times to also kill.

Unfold the treasure of love and light from the heart, and move away from aggressive behaviour and heal all the others in the process.
