“Meditation.

1)Accepting the yellow light of freedom from all ignorance.
2)Take the healing  love and light to the heart and crown chakra by thought.
3) open the crown chakra and see it filling up with balls of gold and purple light with the golden light spreading into your universe.
4) invite the situations and people you love into your heart and crown chakra
A) see your heart and crown  chakras  full of love for you and the golden love and light expanding.
B) Affirm to yourself I love my world and intuitively find all the answers.
C) I remain in peace and happiness.
D) visualise a gold energy rising  from the feet, legs, lower torso, chest, throat, face, and head, and then flowing into the aura.
5) complete the  meditation  with gratitude and send the balls of light to Mother Earth and the sky.
