Stay Mindful
An Exploration of the insights and wisdom of the teachings of Renooji. This “Stay Mindful” Page is an additional reader, supplementary guide, and healing friend on your spiritual journey. So, let us begin by asking the key question – What is Mindful ? Come and explore this with us. But before you do, keep this definition of mindful with you. Renooji describes it as “….mindfulness is not an unknowable, esoteric and ephemeral connection with an imagined mind state, it is very real, very much in the now, It is at its simplest and truest form the alertness and wakefulness of the senses, the body and the spirit to the healing actions required of the healer within. The mindful never shirk their responsibility to channel the light and heal.” So, be mindful, heal and stay alert and awake to the healing needs of others. Answering it with and through the healing light.
WHY BE MINDFUL
Many consider this act of mindfulness as an internal v/s external act. To think, weigh, evaluate, and then act. Yes, this is true to a large extent, but the reason that mindfulness is a key ingredient in a healthy, healing, and healed life is because it is the cornerstone for empathy. In the light of the global circumstances and political waves – ideologically and otherwise. There is a constant ask – from our countries, media, families, and communities – for our attention and focus. But is it truly a demand or is it a distraction. Is it healthy dialogue or a call to be toxic reactionaries. These and many other factors and facets of our human life call for us to be mindful. As a tool to douse the fires of anger, hate, lust, fear, doubt, greed and violence all round. Starting from the within.
So, yes we all need to learn, access, and nurture the mindfulness tools. Some of which, not all – are through meditation, mantra chanting, breath work/pranayama, yoga, exercise, playing sport, and any and all interactions that create and require a mind-body active-attentive connection. Not a reactive one. Healing is at the top of the list of mindfulness nurturing exercises/tools/practices. Hence, the answer to why be mindful is simple. By being mindful we are rooting ourselves in empathy and compassion in all our interactions. Through our thoughts, words, actions and deeds.
THE MINDFUL HEALER
Who is the Healer? This question is asked a lot. Renooji answers this by reminding us that each and every one of us has an in-built self-healing capacity and a healer within each of our cells. From a scientific perspective we see the fibroblasts and macrophages, the stem cells, the mitochondria and the epithelial cells as all part of this healing machinery. From a spiritual perspective there is a consciousness within each cell, atom, and molecule of the Universe that is a direct expansion of the cosmic source of energy – the Divine – Vishnu! It is this consciousness that gets activated, expanded, and awakened when we heal – be it through Reiki, KQ, and My Golden Cloud. Whichever bonafide healing tradition you come from know that mindfulness is in-built. It is with every breath, chant, channelling, and activation of the Healing Light that you are a mindful healer. The two – mindful and healer – are in fact synonymous.
WHERE TO NEXT
In the material world, as we go about our day-to-day activities, finding a way to remain grounded and mindful becomes necessary to maintain mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual health. This is where healing steps in. It is important to be an attuned healer, empowered and fortified with the Guru’s teachings. As healing, even when in a state of flux, helps prevent mis-steps and mis-haps. This is not to say that we stop being mortal and stop experiencing life. Of course not. But with the healing the trauma gets minimised and sometimes even erased. These are the healing miracles we have witnessed. And whilst we heal, day in and day out, the positive blessings, opportunities, and vibrations expand. They become so vast, the positive healing light overflows into your life, your environment, and ultimately the world, universe and cosmos. Remember to always be a vigilant healer. Alert and awake to all the changes occurring at the same time. Life sometimes places us in the eye of the storm as a healer so we may channel for the benefit of all, not just the self. So, as you remain steady in the stronghold of the healing practice – simply heal – daily, without doubt, fear, anger, greed, lust or hate. A final thought for now – a facet of remaining mindful is also remembering to respect the light that we receive, and most definitely share it from within, with the others.
