Gather this light into the heart of your soul self and know that knowledge and wisdom are flowing from the top of your head( crown chakra) as swirling rivers of gold , platinum and turquoise light flowing inside and outside your body, connect to the river in gratitude and ask to be replenished with this light.

See the light entering your eyes, ears, nostrils , mouth and finally exiting out of every pore and cell of your skin.
