Naturally, effortlessly and actively arriving at life entering our body with every breath. Awakening to a new day, a new life, a greater experience and a majestic healing moment. The possibilities of new choices, our own presence, our body, our heart, our rhythm, showing us that we flow with the light of true and deep love. Let’s allow gratitude to bloom today, gratitude for all that we have, and all that which we can heal. Our body, our constant companion, our spirit intact, we going beyond our limits, our quiet conversations, the whispers, the trust that the day unfolds, with wishes to be kind to the self, softening expectations. Remember the day ahead is not a test, we do not have to prove anything, we simply get to be, our inner resilience being felicitated, as we bravely and willingly meet this day.
