“When we have the healing light as our supreme foundation, and the awareness of the light everywhere, we can all feel the energy of the heart, filling our heart space and moving out to the space around us.

We become the being that we admire. See a tunnel from the top of your head reaching your heart, and through this tunnel flows Divine love, and we are constantly drinking this liquid love. Any stuck emotions, tensions are immediately dislodged, washed away. We transform, recycle, generate more love and thus create a new foundation of unconditional love as an enlightened being. Compassion and gratitude clear away all the obstructions, and we thus become more open hearted. We begin to admire and adore all human beings and know that we unconditionally send them to the liquid gold. Shifting consciousness to exchange love for love, we open our hearts to all beings in the now and forever.
