In fact  spreading till your eyes can see. See your spinal column glowing with small pink balls of light gently and rhythmically flowing out of your spinal column. Thousands of pink balls of light flowing like a river of pink. This pink light represents the light of grace guiding your creativity in the light of love. Just affirm that you are in this present universe, in this present moment spreading gratitude to your world.
